Application:
A container with a scale inhibitor is used to prevent the deposition of various types of salts (sulfates, sulfites, carbonates, chlorides and others) on downhole pumping equipment of oil production wells.
Operating principle:
The action of the scale inhibitor is reduced to enveloping the salt particles present in the produced fluid and creating a protective film on the surface of the downhole pumping equipment. The enveloping (protective) film prevents the deposition, adhesion and formation of large conglomerates of precipitated particles. Thus, salt particles are carried out in suspension by the produced liquid. The inhibitor works throughout the entire technological chain of oil production.

Application:

Application:
A container with an inhibitor of the deposition of asphalt-resin-paraffin substances and the formation of a high-viscosity emulsion is used to prevent the deposition of various types of ARPD (asphalt, resin, and paraffin deposits) on the downhole pumping equipment of oil wells during the production of oil-containing liquids prone to the formation of a high-viscosity emulsion.

The action of the inhibitor of ARPD deposition and the formation of a high-viscosity emulsion is reduced to enveloping the ARPD particles present in the produced fluid and creating a protective film on the surface of downhole pumping equipment. The enveloping (protective) film prevents the deposition, adhesion and formation of large conglomerates of precipitated particles, and also penetrates the surface layer of emulsion particles and displaces the natural stabilizers present there (ARPD particles), changes the surface tension, and the microemulsion undergoes destruction. The inhibitor works throughout the entire technological chain of oil production.

Application:
A container with a corrosion inhibitor is used to prevent the formation of corrosion on downhole pumping equipment of oil production wells caused by the aggressiveness of the extracted oil-containing liquid.

The effect of a corrosion inhibitor is reduced to creating a protective film on the surface of deep-well pumping equipment that prevents the formation of corrosion. The inhibitor works throughout the entire technological chain of oil production.

Application:
